The new L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Volume Filler skincare line is honestly the first real "drugstore" line of products that I've used for skincare. Yes, yes, I've been spoiled and ever since I was 15, my mom has given me high end skin care products to use because she felt that it was important to take care of your skin from a young age.
The very first products I used as a teenager were from Clinique and honestly, they were really harsh on my acne prone skin at the time, and my mom switched me over to using Shiseido. I've used Shiseido for a very long time all the way through college. I now try out different things, since my skin is no longer so sensitive, and more recently I've been really loving skincare items from French pharmacies.
When I first got the L'Oreal Revitalift Volume Filler line of products, I was a bit scared to try it out, since I've never used anything from the drugstore before as skincare, but I honestly have to say, that I'm truly impressed. The name "Volume Filler" actually sounds a bit scary, but they're actually very gentle products. This line of products contain Hyaluronic acid to help retain moisture and reduce the appearance of sagging and hollowing skin. I received the Daily Volumizing Moisturizer, Volume Filler Night Cream, Daily Volumizing Concentrated Serum and Volume Filler Eye Treatment, all at $24.99 each. All four of these are very light-weight and goes on your skin smoothly. They all absorb quickly into the skin so it's easy to layer on other products.
The name Volume Filler is a bit deceiving as well because it really doesn't plump up your skin. I (luckily) don't have a lot of fine lines, so I can't really tell if it fills in any fine lines, but I can say that these products give your skin a nice radiant, fresh glow to it. They are all incredibly hydrating and the moisture lasts all day.
Would I continue to use these products? Yes, of course! I think this is a great skin care line and compared to some of the more high end stuff I've used, these items are quite comparable to things that cost double the price of the L'Oreal Revitalift Volume Filler line!
